This is an art trade with 
of her character Delphine the Dolphine.
With that said... this was the hardest thing I've had to do EVER!!!! Why you ask? Because this image, (which I am proud of btw) was not made in Photoshop... but a lesser known program for Macs called Sketchbook Express. It is the most basic, bare bones and while I am glad it's done I did have some form of fun with this. I do hope to get Photoshop working again sometime soon. This will be moved to scraps soon.
